The owner Jeremy, personally came out first hand and took care of the issue no questions asked. He is a very intelligent guy about the business that he runs and easy to talk to. Very nice guy!! I've called multiple times and talked to receptionist and keep getting told someone will get back with me about my warranty work that needs done. It's been a month now and I call back once a week still no response. I have lifetime warranty contract and it needs to be honored. Windows are less then 10yrs old. After getting ahold of the owner, things were explained to me the issues they were having with my warranty we managed to get it sorted out

I was very pleased with the crew that came to install the window.
They explained everything they were doing and made sure they didn't mess up my flowers during the installation.
That window makes my home look totally different. I love the look.

The installers were on time they were professional. The install was perfect. They instructed us on how to use the windows. We like the quality of the windows the price and they were also a month early on the install. The house is very quiet now we don't hear any outside noises. We would recommend Window World to anyone looking for Windows.

The salesman was prompt and always available to answer my questions. The installers were always on time and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves, taught me how the windows function. The only hiccup was they had to come two different times because the first set of windows that came in only 2/4 were the correct size.

I used Window World for a front door install and can only say good things about my experience. The salesperson was very courteous, informative, and willing to listen to issues that I wanted resolved with my existing front door. Prices were excellent and far below what competitors were asking. Service was prompt and my new front door was installed less than 8 weeks after finalizing a price. As of this review about one year has passed since service and the door + new frame have both held up well with no issues. Overall a very smooth and pleasant process from start to finish.
